Street Series

DBA’s Street Series direct replacement rotors are ideal for drivers seeking OE level braking or entry level performance braking.

As one of the most safety critical components in any vehicle, DBA manufactures above OEM standards as our minimum requirement.

DBA’s Street Series improves on traditional OE rotors with DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation* for improved heat reduction and EnShield Protection* for rust free rotors, available with either an OE style CBN machine finish, X Gold cross drilled (X)* or DBA’s patented T2 bi-directional (S) slot design.

4000 Series

DBA’s 4000 Series disc brake rotors are a direct replacement single-piece brake rotor, designed for drivers seeking upgraded performance braking above and beyond standard OE levels.

Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and undergoing Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), DBA’s metallurgy is able to handle the increased stress and heat generated under intense braking applications, time and time again.

Featuring DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation that implements a series of 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars, DBA achieves up to a 30% increase in surface area and 20% improvement in cooling efficiency (as compared to a traditional straight vane design).

Available with either an OE style CBN machine finish, XD cross drilled (XD)* or DBA’s patented T3 tri-symmetrical (S) slot design.

5000 Series

Sharing all the benefits of the 4000 Series, DBA’s 5000 Series rotors are a composite 2 piece direct replacement brake rotor. DBA uses only the highest quality materials to ensure optimal performance under the most strenuous circumstances, combining high carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace grade aluminium hats (T6061-T6), held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts.

The 5000 Series share all of the performance technology featured in the 4000 Series, with the added benefits of further weight reduction and improved heat management via aluminium hats.

The use of aerospace grade aluminium hats reduces the un-sprung weight of the brake rotors, while allowing for uniform radial disc expansion through the cast iron rings, and reduced heat transfer from disc to hub via the aluminium hats.

DBA offers both complete assemblies for first time replacement (hats and flat discs bolted together) along with replacement hats and flat disc rotors (rings).

Available with either an OE style CBN machine finish, XD cross drilled (XD)* or DBA’s patented T3 tri-symmetrical (S) slot design.

This allows drivers to re-use their DBA 5000 Series hats with DBA replacement flat discs (rings).

DBA recommends the 5000 Series for high performance street vehicles, track day and club racing and rally applications.

Ultra Performance

The Ultra Performance Disc Rotor is made with longevity and performance in mind. Designed for drivers who want more from their brakes, this upgraded rotor gives you additional features and benefits.

Made from high carbon, cast iron material, this rotor offers better thermal-stability, quieter braking and high performance in challenging driving conditions. Our unique vane designs including pillar, straight and curved vane, allow for better cooling at high braking temperatures ensuring optimal braking performance. Available in slotted, drilled and flat surface finish to provide you with greater choice to suit your driving needs.

Ultra 4WD

The Ultra 4WD Disc Rotor is precision balanced with a ground finish and high-carbon composition. This versatile rotor is built to withstand demanding off-road conditions as well as towing and heavy-duty use, while also being suitable for everyday driving.

This specialized rotor comes slotted with a custom 6 slot design offering increased stopping power and resistance to pad glazing.

Available in various vane designs according to your vehicle’s needs including including pillar, straight and curved. Our unique vane designs allow for better cooling to give you top performance at high braking temperatures

RDA Disc Rotors

Ever moving forward, RDA Brakes announces significant product finish changes and improvements, to its range of Brake Rotors and Brake Drums. Our new finish incorporates features that will appeal to the motoring public and resellers alike. All brake rotors and drums are now supplied with a black passivization finish, similar to the bluing process used on gun barrels. This easy to wipe off finish, replaces the need to wash down the heavy duty packing/storage oil, used in the past. A sure winner with reduced fitment times for all fitters. The passivization process, increases surface rust resistance on those areas, away from the braking surface.
